Sprint Engineering & Lubricants the South-East’s most dynamic and fastest growing distributor of MRO products to Industry has a fantastic opportunity for a career minded, energetic person to join our internal sales Desk team at our Gravesend service centre. You will support the branch by taking and processing customer orders, delivering excellent customer service to our customers, and supporting the general operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Processing customer enquiries & orders, primarily received over the telephone but also through written and email correspondence

Offering technical advice and making product suggestions to customers where possible

Supporting all aspects of the general running of the branch

Check and ensure the customer is advised on; availability of product, pricing and appropriate discounts


Ensuring all prospective CRM records are maintained accurately



Skills / Experience Required

Specific experience of a fast moving busy sales office environment, an understanding of Industrial or Automotive MRO / Bearings & Transmissions / Lubricants or engineering related products is highly desirable


Previous customer service based experience is essential

Confident telephone manner

Ability to communicate at all levels verbally

Ability to perform under pressure

Ability to multitask, keeping a range to opportunities under control

Must be motivated and driven with a passion to succeed
