Want to start the new year with an established, successful and expanding company? One of our most valued clients are currently looking to employ a Contract/Temporary adviser.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:-

- Providing quotations to contractors interested in using our service
Dealing with incoming queries relating to our service or use of our systems.

- Outbound calls to new contractors to provide training and support.

- All calls/communications to be made following a compliance process

- Registering new workers using an inhouse database.

- Administration of contractors contracts/assignments

- Managing relationships with agency clients and providing advice/support where required.

- Dealing with payroll and expenses queries through use of inhouse systems

Skills and experience and competence required:
- Customer Service background
- Ability to use and understand spread sheets
- Good numeracy (Must be educated to a B grade in Maths)
- Excellent attention to detail
- High competence in influencing and communication
- Strong customer focus
