GoResponse is an established & ambitious next-generation 24x7 contact centre business seeking to appoint a similarly ambitious, creative and committed Contact Centre Trainer.
The business requires an individual who will naturally want to “own” their part of the business and be extremely comfortable with creating a world-class operation by driving knowledge and standards in all contact between Go Response, Clients and our customers. The business has undergone 2 years of reinvention to deliver new solutions for clients – this is an excellent time to be joining a team who are ready to drive innovation and change.

PERSON SPECIFICATION – Essential
Proven training experience in Customer Services and Call centre environments
Experience identifying training and development needs for employees
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
Demonstrate strong integrity and confidentiality
Approachable with a fun and vibrant personality
Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
Intermediate level of knowledge/expertise with PC hardware and software (Word and Excel).
Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge QA methods and systems Self motivation, as well as the ability to work in a team environment and motivating others
Maintain a high standard and ‘Lead by Example’ in everything you do
Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
A minimum of 5 GCSEs at C or above, including Maths and English.
Desirable
CIPD qualifications
Understanding of Mindflash or other E-Learning Platform.
