Working in the automotive industry for one of the leading car dealerships in Kent, the role of Workshop Controller will be based at the Ashford branch. You will be overseeing the workshop and ensuring it is ran smoothly, while managing a team of 11.

The main duties of the Workshop Controller will include:

• Oversee the day to day running of the workshop
• Managing a team of 11
• Managing the end to end service process
• Liaising with the service advisors to ensure work is carried out in the correct allocated time
• Mange any unforeseen changers and alterations to the service and time frames for the customer

If you are currently working as a technician looking to move in to a service role, this position would be ideal. You would be required to have previous workshop experience in either a technician role or at a workshop controller level. This is a senior role and requires a strong candidate who can take on such responsibility, which must be demonstrated on your CV.

The successful candidate would be required to have:
