Our client is leading family owned dealership based in Ashford and Canterbury. This role will be based at one of the Ashford sites where you will be working in a team of 4 Service Advisors.
The main duties of the service advisor are:
• Meet and greet customers in to the workshop
• Review all service and manage customer expectations
• Accepting customer orders
• Taking payments
• Liaising with the technicians and call centre operatives to ensure smooth running of customer service
The successful candidate will be required to have some industry experience. Be confident in dealing with customers, have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to understand the customer needs and manage difficult situations. You will be required to remain professional and methodical in your approach and ensure the customers receive an overall outstanding customer service experience.
You will be dealing with anywhere between 20-25 retail customers, therefore, the ability to be organised and work to tight deadlines is important.
