Learning and Development Manager

Do you have a creative and innovative approach to training / learning and development?

My client, an award winning group is looking for an experienced professional to work with L&D Director with a team of experienced and passionate trainers to really add-value to the organisation.
They offer an excellent working environment and the ability to really make the role your own. Alongside the design and delivery of training programmes for the group you will be eventually developing your own business ideas to enable you to deliver training to other companies.
Overview:
- Assisting the L&D Director with leadership of team
- Working alongside 3 other Managers helping with reporting key achievements, issues and business needs
Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility to manage the development of L&D Managers & Team Leaders to exceed standards
- Ensuring one to one reviews are meaningful & productive
- Mentoring & coaching to enhance skill levels
- Ensuring all the team work with integrity and respect for each other
- Maintaining an enthusiastic level of energy
- Growing into designing & delivering external training for external training brand
Qualifications:
- Solid L&D background
- CIPD preferred
- Passion & evidence of designing & delivering Management & Leadership programmes
- People orientated - ability to adapt style
If you have a full driving license with access to a car, are an experienced trainer who is comfortable with managing people and in delivering training to senior management, please apply now.
