I am currently recruiting for a Tax Senior/Supervisor, to join a leading professional services provider in Maidstone.
This post will see you reporting directly into the two Directors/Partners with responsibility for all the Tax advisors within the office.
The role will primarily be focused on providing corporate tax services to their Kent client base and it will be a varied role covering a wide portfolio of clients from owner managed businesses to AIM listed clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a mixed portfolio of approximately 20-30 clients and will have responsibility for providing tax audit assistance, as well as preparing/reviewing current and deferred tax calculations, reviewing and submitting corporate tax computations, advising clients on all aspects of corporate tax including tax payments, capital allowances and R&D claims. You will also be dealing with HMRC matters on the clients behalf, providing on-going tax advice, corporate tax support on discrete advisory projects, assisting with client / business development and coaching and developing more junior staff members.
In order to be considered for this role the successful candidate will be ACA / CTA or equivalent qualified, ideally with 2 years+ post qualification Tax experience in a corporate tax environment.
