An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and fast paced company based in the Mid Kent area.
My client is looking for someone to join the invoice processing team initially on a 3 month contract covering the following duties:
* Ensure all invoices are processed
* Process all received payments
* Ensure payment data is recorded correctly and reconciled.
* Ensure all debtors’ accounts are fully reconciled
* Ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner
* Carry out any other ad hoc duties as requested by Finance
Suitable candidates will have previous experience gained from a similar role. You will be capable of working with excellent attention to detail, working to your initiative in a fast paced busy environment.
