Our sophisticated UK packing and distribution facilities in Paddock Wood enable us to consistently meet the challenging needs of our prestigious customer base, seven days a week.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our busy Commercial Team. The purpose of this position is to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled and stock used in the most efficient way and to provide support to the commerical team regarding the various stages of the supply chain. You will be required to reconcile stock, maintain specifications, add appropriate charges, communicate and build excellent working relationships with internal departments and external customers, check worksheet inputting, provide accurate forecasting information, coordinate and monitor direct orders.

You will be required to;

• Process customer orders and liaise with the supermarket supply chain with regards to their order forecasting and needs.
• Manage and maintain stock levels in order to meet sales demand.
• Communicate volumes of incoming stock to the quality control teams and liaise with the packhouse to ensure orders and stock allocation is updated and loaded onto RenCS.

We are looking for a person with, good organisational skills, an eye for detail and a self-motivated approach to work, and a good team player.

• Good attention to detail and highly organised with ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent IT Skills including working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications

Shift Pattern

40 hours over a 5 day week, combination of week days and weekends, flexible on working pattern to be agreed.
