An excellent job opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing construction company based in Beckenham.
In this role you will be required to manage all data into sage, Manage (Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets of) Internal management accounts including
-Forecasting income (fee projections)
- Forecasting expenditure
- Cash Flow Forecast
-Process CIS payments with HMRC
-VAT Returns
-Bank Reconciliation's
-Raise Sales Invoices
-Manage the acquisition and disposal of assets (e.g. vehicles, stationary, computers)
This person must be able to approach software confidently and competently. They also use an industry based piece of software with Sage (Sage Construct).
The candidate must be able to work on their own initiative, fit into the practice, but be capable of improving current systems and processes.
Candidate must be able to manage/support an assistant with care and attention; effective delegation skills a must!
Key experience needed is Sage Line 50, Sales & Purchase Ledger, very proficient on Excel and internal Management Accounting.
This is a full time opportunity working Monday to Friday from 9am till 5.30pm.
