Recruitment Advisor (Apprenticeships)
Capital B – Business Development
Permanent, 37 hours per week
Salary from £22,350 to £24,414 pa

An exciting new opportunity has arisen working within Capital B’s Business Development Team, based at our Orpington Campus. As the Apprenticeship Recruitment Adviser, you will coordinate the recruitment activity for Apprenticeship programmes. You will also be expected to agree and achieve recruitment and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to ensure that College targets for Apprenticeship recruitment are met in the pursuit of excellence.

Applicants should possess a Level 3 qualification, preferably in a business related subject. Experience of sales and working in a recruitment environment is also essential. You should demonstrate an understanding of the recruitment process and have the ability to sell apprentice candidates to employers and generate sales appointments. The ability to build effective working relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders is essential. You will need to possess a proven ability to work under pressure, manage your own workload, meet targets and deadlines and be willing to work flexibly in an energetic, changing and challenging environment.

It is an essential requirement of the job that you have the ability to travel around the London Borough of Bromley and other neighbouring areas (including Central London), as well as be willing to travel nationally as required.

As the College supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Accordingly, most staff will be subject to either a ‘Standard’ or ‘Enhanced’ DBS (formerly CRB) check.
