This role within a global leading manufacturing organisation is crucial to realising a step change in performance for the organisation, continuing improvement, and growth.
The ideal candidate for this position must have production management and continuous improvement experience, with responsibility for safety, quality, cost and delivery targets, and generating and implementing improvement plans.
This role also requires management of the transition from prototype to mass-production by establishing a framework which facilitates organisational learning.
To be considered for this role, NVQ3 in Management is essential, as well as previous supervisory experience within a production environment. You will also have good leadership skills, a good knowledge of Health and Safety, and be able to show flexibility and reliability to ensure gains in safety, quality and production.
