Front Of House Manager
Permanent Position
Salary : £27,500
Location: West Sussex
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within the hospitality environment as front of House Manager
Purpose of the Role:To manage front of house and to maximise hotel revenue and guest satisfaction through implementing effective sales strategies, effective management, employee assessment and continuous training in line with service standards and Hotels guideline.People: To recruit train and regularly review performance of the team, ensuring all staff are fully trained in all systems to ensure that revenue potential is maximised and to ensure that service and product delivery is consistent. Deliver training through an organised structured programme of in house initiatives and external resources. Motivate employees to an acceptable standard conducive to a high level of achievement and performance. Carry out staff appraisals in order to produce a development plan for staff.Responsible for client entertainment in evenings and weekends where necessary.
