Based at Tyland Barn, Maidstone

The job: to develop a long term programme of Individual Giving through relationship management, research, and forging and accessing networks. Building on an existing programme, the role requires a comprehensive understanding of major gift fundraising and above all the ability to deliver a sustained income stream.

You: will be skilled at cultivating new relationships and networks whilst managing established donors and their networks. You will be able to support senior staff and Trustees with major gift fundraising. You will have the skills and flexibility to manage a workload of simultaneous and varied projects and meeting deadlines. You will have the presence and personality to promote the Trust and its work to diverse audiences. You may have been successful in a different sector and believe you could achieve a similar success in supporting Kent's wildlife; if so, tell us.
