We’re looking for someone to own implementation of our ambitious search marketing strategy; taking paid search on from the coal face and interfacing with agencies to in-grain SEO into everything we do online. You’ll need to be unafraid to take risks and challenge the status quo, shaping this role to take advantage of your strengths.

Responsibilities
• Manage day to day paid search campaigns and spend to align with budgets and identifying opportunities to invest further. Optimising keywords, AdCopy and landing pages to deliver maximum ROI.
• Liaising with agencies to deliver improvements in organic search ranking, primarily by critiquing content and implementing actions on-site.
• Scheduled and ad-hoc reporting that combines internal data with Google Analytics.
• Supporting in other digital projects as required, inc. social media, content creation and forecasting.

Required
• Strong written English and basic copywriting skills (for PPC)
• Demonstrable working knowledge of Google AdWords and BingAds
• A basic understanding of on and off site SEO principles.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and analytical aptitude

Desirable
• Certified Google partner (previously Google AdWords Professional or GAP)
• Experience in lead generation via. web enquiries
• A basic understanding of web development and site management – front or back end
• Experience of working with and/or managing external agencies/suppliers

The salary is £25,000+ depending on experience plus bonus and healthcare.
