We are seeking an enthusiastic, full time Administrator to assist with the day to day running of our busy Referrals department at our central office in Borden, Sittingbourne.

You will be making and receiving a high volume of calls and passing on important information and messages, therefore accuracy and efficiency are essential with the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be liaising closely with foster parents and local authorities and recording relevant data on our database system (Microsoft Dynamics CRM).

You will be highly organised and professional with an excellent telephone manner and communications skills. You will be personable, confident and engaging with the ability to build relationships and work well in a team to achieve performance targets with drive and enthusiasm. In addition you will have excellent IT skills.

We offer a salary of £14,000 - £16,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus a discretionary annual bonus, medical cover, pension and a great working environment.
