COMMIS CHEF – daytime hours - alternate weekends off - £16,000 -
A busy restaurant and bistro that can cater for up to 600 covers a day.
The emphasis here is good home cooked food, all made from scratch to a very high standard. Everything including all the bread, cakes and pastries are made in house. There is a variety of menus including a full a la carte menu in the bistro.
As part of a brigade of 7 chefs you will have the opportunity to train on all sections of the kitchen including pastry.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic chef keen to learn and demonstrate their passion for cooking.
This really is a great chance to be part of an ambitious, forward thinking team.
Other benefits include straight shifts, every other weekend off and no evenings!
