A leader in design, supply and installation of curtain walling, aluminium windows and doors, offers a fantastic opportunity for a Service Engineer to join their prestigious team.

Key Accountabilities
• To rectify product and installation related faults
• To ensure all work completed meets both our warranty obligations and the Company Product Quality Standards
• Take instruction and guidance from the Project Managers and liaise with other members of the project team

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Repair, maintain windows and doors etc including the operation of the hardware on them
• Attend customer’s houses to identify the actual fault, and take such action as required to rectify the problem
• To demonstrate / explain correct product care to customers and look for opportunities to gain further orders
• Attend commercial sites to address snagging issues
• Document all inspections, maintenance, service work, and submit paperwork in a timely basis including timesheets and mileage charts
• To ensure van stock is maintained & used in accordance with company procedures
• To ensure the vehicle is maintained and kept clean and tidy condition at all times.
• To ensure product, components & materials required to complete each call is collected in a timely manner as required. To ensure such items are transported safely and securely at all times.
• Abide by all statutory requirements including those relating to health and safety
• Adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures in place including those relating to HR and health and safety
• Ensure departmental machinery and tools are switched off and accounted for at the end of every day and are stored in a secure place when not being used during the day and overnight

Key Skills
• 3 Years experience in the Fenestration Industry
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Good attention to detail
• Must have strong customer service skills and have the ability to interact confidently with customers

Salary £21000 to £24000 depending on experience
