My long established client is looking for a experienced Commercial Property Manager to work at their head office in Gravesend. The ideal candidate needs to have good understanding ofcommercial property management and able to work well as part of a team.
The main duties will involve:
Managing a portfolio of commercial properties.
Arranging repairs, maintenance and services.
Carrying out inspections.
Sourcing new clients.
Liaising with clients and tenants.
Dealing with arrears.
General office administration.
Liaising with contractors.
The ideal candidate will:
Be competent with all MS Packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
Be an excellent communicator verbally and written.
Be able to work on their own initiative.
Be able to work under pressure.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
