Overview
CC Flint & Co are an established insurance broker with offices in North Harrow and Kent. As a result of recent growth within the business we are currently recruiting for a Management Assistant to join our busy office based in Sidcup.
The Role
To provide support for the management team in the day to day functions, reporting and controls. The role will be predominantly excel work so an intermediate understanding of this to include formula’s, graphs, pivot tables etc is essential. This is a very busy and varied role and candidates will need to show experience in managing multiple workloads and meeting strict deadlines.
Duties (include but not restricted to)
• Collating and reporting departments on results for previous day
• Sales team stats – generation of results into a record of achievement for month end
• Running reports on our in house database and cleansing data produced
• Creation of management information pack for board and management meetings
• Customer Questionnaire – update of database pie chart of client feedback
• Produce employee register – record of attendance
• Maintain and communicate meeting room planner to management team
• Update complaints register and ensure updates and deadlines are adhered to
• Auto dialler – uploading data into the dialler system for the outbound team to call
• Create documents and content for line managers
• Dealing with the correspondence with candidates and agencies to arrange interviews and meetings
• Maintaining the company holiday and sickness planner and liaising with line managers
• Book relevant training courses and development meetings
• Maintain HR logs, records and controls
• Look after the phone system maintenance and update the internal systems following any updates
• Basic IT controls and troubleshooting
Salary
Salary circa £20k
Hours
Hours 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday – working time/hours flexibility needed to deliver month end reporting etc which may include Saturdays.
