ENTRY LEVEL IT SUPPORT ROLES. Training given. Salary up to £23,000 in first year.
My client, a large Ashford in Kent based Software firm, are looking to rapidly expand their IT service support desk with the hire of up to 6 new starters. We are looking for IT hobbyists with a wish to get into a support position, recent Graduates within an IT discipline or candidates with a small amount of commercial support experience. Extensive training will be given from day one and will involve you learning all about their software, as well as SQL databases and general troubleshooting of IT issues.
This role requires someone to have their own transport and will involve going on to a shift rota that covers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week due to the nature of the products supported. You will have excellent communication skills and a methodical, practical personality capable of seeing tasks through to completion and prioritising work load in line with company requirements for service levels.
This is a great first or second role for someone wanting to build a career in support with fantastic opportunities for progression.
For this position you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £23,000 including shift allowance, dependant on experience & qualifications.
