Strode Park Foundation is a charity with over 60 years experience in working with people with disabilities, providing long stay and rehabilitation services.
This exciting new position is required to provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the HR Advisor.

Duties will include; recruitment enquiries, taking minutes, inputting employee information, typing letters, monitoring and reviewing policies and procedures.

You should have proven experience within a similar role, be able to maintain confidentiality both internally and externally, hold excellent time management skills and experience of IT systems is essential.

Working knowledge of ISO14001 and IIP would be desirable along with the ability to carry out assessments and quality audits. Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills are vital to this role.

Salary £16,000.00 per annum rising to £16,640.00 per annum
Hours: 35 Hours per week Monday – Friday
Company Pension Scheme
Requirements: Business Administration Qualification, with at least two years experience within a similar role.
