ReuMilla Walker are currently recruiting for a leading, independent Firm of chartered accountants and business advisors based in Canary Wharf. With in-depth expertise in many fields of tax, accountancy and finance, our client work for clients ranging from large, listed corporates and SMEs to individuals, their families and their businesses.


As the Management Accountant you will be required to assist in all aspects of bookkeeping; these will include:
• Transactions processing to trial balance;
• Preparation and processing of journals;
• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable;
• Producing aged debtor and credit listings;
• Monthly management accounts;
• Extended trial balance;
• Preparation of VAT returns;
• Maintaining cash books/nominal ledgers/sales and purchase ledgers;
• Preparation of bank reconciliation’s;
• Sales ledger;
• Writing cheques; and
• Use SAGE accounting system and other accounting software

Reporting to the Outsourcing Manager & Supervisor, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate some administrative skills, which include the use of Word, Excel and email. Experience in Sage and other accounting software and preparing management accounts is essential.

Qualifications:
GCSE passes or equivalent in Maths and English. We desire the candidate to have completed the AAT qualification.


Working Hours: 7 hours per day Monday to Friday worked between 9am and 5.30pm plus 1 hour lunch break.
