Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representatives to join their team ASAP on term to perm basis. The main aspect of the role is to ensure that customers are satisfied above and beyond their expectations. Customer satisfaction, willing to continuously improve, they always seek and deliver outstanding customer service.

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE OF COME FROM THAT BACK ROUND

Necessary character traits:
•Ability to show empathy
•Excellent at problem solving

Preferred skills and Experience:
•Past experience in communicating with customers via telephone and emails
•Past experience in dealing with difficult or distressed customers

Necessary skills and experience:
•Excellent standard of literacy and effective written communication skills for writing emails in response to enquiries.
•Committed to delivering first class customer service: always going the extra mile/not satisfied with the minimum
•Basic understanding of Excel and reading spreadsheets
•Basic numeracy skills
•Intermediate to advanced use of MS Office package
•Some experience in ecommerce
•Willingness to undertake training and personal development
•Capacity to work effectively with others
•Able to work in a busy office environment
•Ability to act on own initiative
•Ability to adapt easily to change
•Ability to deal with a demanding workload and to prioritise accordingly
•Able to follow rules and protocols
Package: To be discussed, 22 days leave + bank holidays
Start date: ASAP
