HR Assistant - Erith
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (1hr lunch)
Pearson Whiffin are pleased to be representing a client based in Erith, a market leading company within the food industury. They are expanding dramatically and are actively seeking a HR Assistant to join their team.
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you are looking to start a career in HR.
The ideal candidate:
* Will have previous office/administration experience
* Looking to start a career in HR
* Must be passionate, motivated & hard working
* Must have a can-do attitude
* Must be able to keep to deadlines
Day-to-day tasks will include:
* Keeping all HR records up to date
* Processing new starter & leaver documents
* Monitor & Review probationary reviews
* Keeping on top of time scales
* Provide reports and analysis on HR activities as required
* Assist with minute taking at employee committees and hearings as appropriate
* Provide other adhoc administrative support as requirede
* Update training matrices ensuring all training is logged and file
* Maintain the right to work database ensuring all documentation is within date
* Any other duties as required
