Our retail division has experienced a rapid uplift in business and having secured large contracts for 2015, we are looking for someone to join our growing resource team.
You will be a high energy individual with the ability to work and pressure achieving deadlines.
The ability to work in a team is essential.
The role will consist of varied duties to include.
Advertising and recruiting retail teams
Planning and booking resource
Checking in staff
Timesheets
The ability to build rapport with people over the phone is essential.
The ability to work in a team is essential, honesty and integrity is fundamental to ensure the smooth running across the business.
The role requires you to be on call on a rota basis.
A recruitment background in a fast paced environment is advantageous however; this is not essential this is more about personality.
