Support Worker

Chipstead Lake, Sevenoaks, Kent

£7.40 per hour, plus 25p NVQ (Diploma) and 20% enhancement

Part time, 21 hours (working 2 nights per week, 21:00pm – 07:30am)

We may have the perfect job for you. We provide support to disabled adults in a residential service. In this role, working the night shift, as a support worker you will be involved in providing personal care and support the people who use our service to enable independence.

You don’t need experience to join our team; all you need is a positive and helpful personality with a common sense approach. We will provide you with training and support. You will receive paid induction training, ongoing specialist training as well as a possible opportunity to complete NVQ level 2 (Diploma in Care).

You will be working as part of an excellent team, who will support and train you to provide person centred support. You will be working 2 nights per week; from 21.00 to 7.30.

We are fully compliant with CQC standards and ensure that our staff work in a safe environment including a brand new staff room. It may be an advantage for you to have your own transport, although it is possible to walk from Sevenoaks Railway Station.
