Our Client based in East Kent is currently looking to recruit a Payroll / HR Advisor. This position is offered on a full time permanent basis. The payroll aspect of this position is high priority.
Suitable candidates will have knowledge up-to-date payroll knowledge, experience of RTI and auto enrolment. You will run weekly and monthly payroll for a total of c115 employees.
You will also be responsible for the running of HR and Projects e.g. maintaining records, issuing job offer letters, disciplinary/grievance/dismissal meetings, appraisals, pay reviews, advising on employment law etc.
