HR Manager needed to cover South East England!

My client is a high quality provider of home care services across the UK and is seeking a HR Manager to join their expanding team.

As HR Manager, you will provide and deliver a comprehensive HR advisory service to Regional managers, Branch Management Teams and employees in line with company policies and procedures, legislation and best practice.

Your duties will include:

*Ensuring that Managers understand the Company HR policy and procedures through effective induction. To work with the Regional Director to ensure all managers are aware of and implement changes in policy.

*First point of contact for HR-realated queries from Managers and employees ensuring all queries are seen through to resolution.

*Provide advice and support on absence management/long term sickness cases including referrals and correspondence verification.

*Influence and coach managers to ensure that decisions are in line with current legislation and/or business decisions

*Provide first line commercially focused advice and guidance within the scope of KPI's and SLA's

*Provide advice on the TUPE in/out process

*Provide and guidance to managers on UKBA issues.

*Keep up to date on changes in employment legislation

Minimum of 6 years generalist HR experince, preferably within a commercial health and social care enviroment.

CIPD qualified.

Car Driver and willing to travel extensively across Southern England
