We are looking for an experienced Manager to work in our fine dining restaurant, we are looking for someone who has an unmatchable passion for the restaurant industry and a real charm when it comes to customer service. You will have a strong eye for detail and the dedication to assist with pushing the business forward, you will be self motivated and self disciplined in ensuring that the job gets done to only the highest of standards and all procedures and systems are followed to perfection.
You will be accountable for the day to day running of the business and ensure a smooth operation. This is a hands on position, you will be expected to lead your team by example and demonstrate good work ethics.
Some of your responsibilities will include, staff rota's, assisting with the ongoing training of your front of house team, ordering, keeping a close eye on health and safety, hygiene, building maintenance and reporting daily to the General Manager.
Key Skills
• Maximizing staff output
• Reducing costs and increasing profitability
• Generating good staff moral
• Ability to cope well under pressure
