The role of a Support Consultant:
Working closely with the Recruitment Consultants within the Rochester branch, you will provide administration and sales activity support.
Key responsibilities include:
Candidate Care:
- Source and attract candidates, through CV searching, advertising and marketing
- Talk to candidates both on the phone and face to face
- Assist in the completion of registration forms, collecting ID and other required information from our flexible employees
- Ensure all flexible employees have signed TOBs and are aware and comply with client and statutory requirements
- Requesting and collecting references from candidates previous employers
- Maintain an accurate database by regularly updating temporary employee and client profiles
- Manage and carry out weekly payroll
Other responsibilities:
- Talk to clients on the phone and if required face to face
- General administrative duties - filing, photocopying
We are looking for:
