TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR
Full year
37.5 hours per week
Pay point £14,296 - £16,345 dependant on experience
33 days holiday - including bank holidays
This role now is required to support the Business Development Manager with the administration of the Trust’s workforce development activities.
Duties include recording training attendance, achievements and requests on to databases, monitoring staff training to ensure legal and statutory compliance needs are met and to send reminders for staff training. The role will also be expected to produce a range of training documentation and handouts as required.
The successful candidate must have at least one year’s experience within a busy and varied administration environment and experience of the use of Office products to produce reports, statistics, graphs and mail merge. A good standard of Maths and English, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
