Our Client is looking for Chef Supervisor to work Term Time only 35 hours per week 38 weeks per year.

You will reporting to the Catering Manager in successfully running the café and hospitality services with planning preparing and producing fresh creative daily menus.

Our Client actively encourages staff development and training.

Main duties

Plan, prepare and cook all menu items to a specified high quality standard, Including breakfasts, lunch, snacks, pastries, salads and other requested items.

Responsible for Health and Safety and food regulations.

To apply for this position you must have

CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene achieved in the last 2 years
NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services
Minimum of Level 2 Food Processing and Cooking or similar professional qualifications.

Other Desirable qualifications

Barista Trained
COSHH Training
Risk Assessment Training
Manual Handling Training
Knowledge of special dietary requirements.
