Job Specification - Administration/Sales Order Processing:-
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to fill a temporary role for maternity cover on a full time basis with the possibility of a permanent position in the future.
The role is primarily to process sales orders from our internal sales team, co-ordinate installation jobs and communicate with our customers. The role also includes an element of reception work and other admin duties.
A successful candidate will have admin experience and ideally experienced with Sage and the processing of sales orders. Good communication skills, particularly on the telephone are required.

Responsible for:-
1. Processing and auditing of sales orders provided by our internal sales team.
2. Managing the setup of jobs (on our job log system) for these orders.
3. Providing order confirmations to our customers and the sales team and chasing deposit payments.
4. Reception - Correct handling of incoming telephone calls during the hours the business is open.
5. Various secretarial duties as required
6. Phones/Vodafone Onenet
7. Verifone - Processing of purchase orders to Verifone
