My client is a family run business with an annual turnover of £10m. An opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/ Sales Order Processor has arisen within this distribution business to work with a national client base.
The successful applicant with be self-motivated, charismatic and eager to work and learn new skills in order to contribute to the continued growth of the company.
Your ultimate goal will be to maximise accounts, whilst building key relationships with branded named companies.
Key Responsibilities
• Evidence of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
• Evidence of managing and developing sales with current accounts
• Evidence of turning inbound customer calls, emails and online enquiries into sales
• Evidence of upselling/cross selling
• Handle customer complaints/enquiries professionally when required
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary: £16,000 (OTE £20,000) this is negotiable for a highly experienced candidate.
