We have a unique opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor level 1 to join our department based in Folkestone. You will be part of a dedicated team, working to complete multiple administration functions within agreed SLA’s, and provide telephone support when required.
You will possess excellent customer service skills and be focused on achieving objectives. You will be a strong communicator and able to interact with other departments within Saga Services Ltd.
Responsibilities
• To become multi-skilled in Customer Services and Sales, in order to deal competently with all products and processes.
• To progress through the personal development programme and technical ladders to achieve optimum levels of proficiency and productivity.
• To action appraisal points and objectives from quarterly appraisals.
• To act at all times within the disciplinary code as laid down by the Team Manager
• To contribute proportionately to the Team's achievements of all its sales, qualitative and quantitative targets as set by the Team Manager.
• To provide flexibility in working arrangements to ensure customer demands are satisfied.
• To develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all products, processes and underwriting.
• To be familiar with and practice all the current selling techniques and best practice as outlined by the Sales management team
• To meet and exceed the Quality standards laid down by Saga in handling calls and ensure that all promises to our customers are fulfilled.
• To ensure accurate and timely distribution of documents to our customers.
• To produce non-complex letters in an understanding, plain English and well-structured format.
• To maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• To be compliant with the standards laid out by various regulatory bodies e.g. FCA.

The Individual
• Highly motivated and results oriented
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to achieve and exceed Sales targets across a number of KPI measurements and various products
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Well developed keyboard skills
Previous experience would be beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
