Are you a chef wanting to see an end to split shifts or weekend work and fancy a change of direction but want to stay in the food industry, or someone who is seriously interested in food? If the answer is yes then we have an exciting opportunity for you at our food production facility in Paddock Wood. This is an opporuntiy to learn new skills and gain knowledge in the art of making sausages and value added meat products eg Salami, Black Pudding, Parfait and Vegetarian products to name but a few.
The position will be as part of our production team making high quality products for London's exclusive hotels and restaurants. Please look at our website to get an idea of what we do - www.franconian.co.uk
Working hours are Sunday to Thursday from 11 am to 8.00 pm (with one hour break). Friday and Saturday off. Three weeks holiday during the year but we close for almost 2 weeks over the Christmas period as well.
Close to Paddock Wood station and parking available on site.
This position would suit someone with Junior Chef or Butcher experience.
Full training given. Opportunity to progress with the company.
