Our successful Ashford client are currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their expanding business.

The Role:
The main purpose of this role is to effectively organise changes, you will required to develop, evaluate and implement strategies in order to drive the business forwards. You will be required to liaise with existing departments to review current practices and procedures in order to generate new policies, ultimately generating higher revenues. In addition to this you will be managing and developing existing teams and developing the company’s full service process.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
• Degree qualified with a relevant business degree or equivalent
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Web Development experience would also be useful.

Experience required
• An in-depth understanding of the mechanisms and processes involved within a payroll function.
• Experience of change management and implementing process redesign
• Experience of developing and reporting KPI’s
• Experience of preparing SOPS and training plans
• A clear understanding of the sales process
• Previous experience of being a strong inspiring leader within an operational management role.

The successful candidate will expect to earn c£40000 plus and annual bonus, will be working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (with flexibility depending on the needs of the business).
