Beadles is a highly successful retail group and an opportunity now exists for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Volkswagen dealership at Dartford.
The successful candidate, for this front of house position, should have previous experience in customer service, ideally, within a car dealership.
You should be pro-active and be able to manage, evaluate and move forward the customer experience ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
You should be methodical and flexible in your approach to your duties and enjoy working well within a team. Good keyboard skills together with an outgoing personality are also required to meet the challenges of this demanding role.
Hours of work are 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and
Saturday 8.00 am to 12.30 pm on a rota basis.
Benefits include HSA Workwell healthcare (after a qualifying period) and ongoing training.
