We are looking for an enthusiastic Part CIMA/ACCA qualified Assistant Management Accountant to join our busy Finance team based at our Paddock Wood site. The primary focus of this role is to provide our business units with an up to date picture of their financial trading activity.
Key areas of responsibility will include;

• Consignment accounting
• Reporting profitability at product level on a monthly basis, calculating accruals and general ledger reconciliations
• Participate in managing cash outflows across the business, explaining variances against estimated charges.
• Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Liaising with commercial staff to resolve queries will require strong communication skills and an appreciation for meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail is vital in this post as is the ability to work well as part of a diverse team collating and processing financial information accurately and on time.

Shift Pattern

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
