A great opportunity exists for a confident and enthusiastic support person to join our growing IT and telephone business on a full time basis.
Responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving equipment faults with computers, telephone systems, networking equipment and mobile phones remotely. You will also be escalating faults to 2nd line where an on-site presence is required.
You will be working at our office in Ashford using telephone and remote access techniques to support a diagnosis.
You will provide feedback to your manager on methods to improve client satisfaction and provide constant improvement training for any new information you acquire as part of your day to day role.

• Draytek
• Netgear
• Cisco
• Microsoft
• Hewlett Packard
• Lenovo
• Samsung
• Apple
Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided. However candidates need to be organised, possess advanced computer skills, have a lively personality and be good communicators. Candidates must also have been educated to A level standard and must have a C grade or higher in Maths and English GCSE.
The overriding factor will be ATTITUDE. Candidates must be enthusiastic, willing to learn, keen to make a difference and be passionate about helping resolve customer issues. You must be able to demonstrate how you have “gone the extra mile” or shown particular attention to detail.
