THE ROLE
To drive conversion rate improvement through A/B and MVT, analytics, understanding consumer flow, increasing ROI. The successful applicant will be working within GForces’ growing Optimisation team amongst UX and Search Marketing specialists. This new role will lead the creation of A/B, MVT and CRO strategy for GForces’ client sites and software-wide functionality At the forefront of the company’s new software development, work with our UX and CRO Specialists to analyse websites/software, focusing on the user journey and conversion. Use data from analytical software and test results to formulate decisions on website design/software behaviour.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Qualified analytics professional with 3+ years in a dedicated analytics/CRO role • Strongly numerate, comfortable analysing/manipulating data sets • Excellent communicator, highly literate, collaborative, comfortable showing what data means and how to take action based upon it
RESPONSIBILITIES
CRO – Iterative Testing • Take briefs, use market research to define KPIs/strategy • Research consumer behaviour to target revenue-generating test campaigns • Work closely with UX to generate effective A/B and MVT to optimise user experience • Create processes and strategy proposals for software and client-specific testing • Use tools to achieve KPIs, i.e. Google Analytics (GA), Optimizely, heat mapping etc. • Monitor key KPIs daily, report on performance Analytics and Testing Tools – Strategy/Implementation • Monitor daily visibility/performance across GForces’ network • Define/implement complex cross-platform/cross-device GA strategy • Work with Devs on implementation of site tracking events • Create GA dashboards for key stakeholders and clients Reporting/Analysis • Give regular presentations of brand reports that are timely, accurate, insightful • Work with internal/external resources to deliver all reporting, aligned with other channels • Prepare campaign insight of test campaigns/next steps • Create case studies, provide data for sales material Personal Development • Stay abreast of developments in Analytics, CRO, the digital space • Develop professional skills via training • Define PDP with Manager as part of overall objectives
THE CANDIDATE
Must be adaptable, a quick learner, willing to share specialist knowledge. Initiative, collaboration, analytical skills are crucial, with good organisation skills and workload management to meet deadlines.
