A vacancy has arisen in our accounts department for a junior accounts assistant position starting as soon as possible.
Reporting to our Accounts Manager, duties will include processing customer payments over the phone, calculating hotel payments, reconciling them to the supplier invoices, making payments and assisting with other accounting and administrative tasks in this busy department.
The successful candidate will need very good organisational skills, have knowledge of excel, be able to work to tight deadlines and also have the ability to work individually as well as part of a team. No experience required. Full training will be given and salary will be disclosed upon application.
