Our client is a growing supplier and distributor of their niche products and have an exciting opportunity for an experience Quality Assurance Person to join their team.
The main duties will include:
• Responsibility for management of all Quality Assurance functions.
• Working with the Product Manager to establish a Quality Assurance plan.
• Ensure that QA processes are documented and communicated to the rest of the team.
• Follow-up and escalate Quality Assurance problems and queries.
• Comparing products that differ in any way to specification or requirements.
• Implementation and maintenance of QA tools or procedures.
• Testing products returned due to faults.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a knowledge of ISO 9001 and working within the guidelines for it.
• Be experience in Quality Assurance and have an understanding of the basic requirements to carry out the role.
• Require excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload.
• Have a strong working knowledge of all MS packages.
• Have excellent communication skills.
