Our client is a highly reputable and well established insurance company with vibrant, yet professional offices based in Tunbridge Wells. They are seeking two Project Administrators with translation experience- one in German and one in Spanish.
Your key duties:
• Assist the team with sending out documents and correspondence to customers/ clients
• Processing post, client files and records in-line with company procedures
• Translation of policy wordings and customer records (Spanish to English) or (German to English)
• General administration to assist the team
Person specification:
• MUST be fluent, ideally native GERMAN or SPANISH
• Will have experience from within a professional office based environment
• Able to commit to this assignment for at least 3 months with scope to transfer permanent
Other:
• Monday to Friday 09:00 am- 17:00 pm
• Start pay £8.92 per hour + holiday accrual
• Interviews will be held straight away for exceptional candidates
• Initial 3 month contract (Temp to Perm)
• Good location, good career prospects
• Free Parking!
