I have several opportunities for experienced Consultants to further their career in a specialist agency in central Tunbridge Wells.
You will be placing professional contractors within organisations within the technology, marketing, legal or pharma market on a warm desk. You will be required to build on exceptional client and candidate relationships, and develop the desk by consistently exceeding revenue targets and any other company or individual activity based targets in line with your individual monthly activity report.
You will also need to be proactive and self motivated and able to manage your own desk/workload with excellent time management skills.
The successful candidates will be target orientated, with a desire to achieve success both financially, and with a tangible career progression. There is a clear and concise career path within this role, which will be discussed at interview stage.
This role is ideal for an experienced consultant to work locally for an exceptionally successful agency.
The role offers an excellent commission and benefits package, combined with a very competitive basic salary.
