CXK is a charity which empowers young people and adults to maximise their potential. Through providing careers advice and practical support in jobs and training, CXK makes a difference to the lives of people across the South East. CXK is a large charitable trust that provides advice, support and guidance to 125,000 teenagers and young adults across Kent and also offering services for the whole family.

We are currently seeking an MI Manager who will develop the Charity’s systems for the collection, management and sharing of information about clients using our services including those young people participating in the Work Skills pilot. They will also be responsible for the collating of data used to monitor and report on contract performance and compliance. This information is key to service delivery and to the evaluation and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of services provided by the Charity and its subcontractors and partners. The MI Manager is required to liaise with colleges, JCP, training providers, charities, statutory bodies and voluntary and community organisations and with the SFA at a regional and national level and will be expected to:

•Coordinate and manage the provision of data reporting services for the Charity.
•Deliver the design and maintenance of data reports for individual projects as needed.
•Be responsible for the integrity and security for all of the Charity’s data
•Lead on and ensure the Partnership’s compliance with data protection legislation.
