A new project has arisen for candidates with a great telephone manner, who enjoy speaking to a variety of people.
Full training will be given. Candidates simply need the following;
Be enthusiastic with a great telephone manner
Able to type at a reasonable speed with high accuracy
Good understanding of customer service
Able to learn quickly and take direction
A great work ethic (time keeping, dedication and attendance)
This is NOT a sales role and you are NOT expected to work to unrealistic targets.
Working in a call centre environment, the hours are varied Monday – Friday between 08.00 - 21.00 and Sat 09.00 - 18.00, flexibility needed for changing campaigns and shift patterns. If you can only work certain shift times please make this very clear on your application.
Hourly wage is National Minimum wage age related
Parking is provided and this is within a short walk from the train station.
A great opportunity for people that enjoy the flexibility of temporary working in a straight forward environment!
