Randstad CPE are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join an ambitious and high performing team. Earning yourself a basic salary of up to £17,500 and uncapped bonuses, working in our Maidstone office.

The role
You will be working in a fast-paced, demanding and diverse environment.

A key part of the role, is business development, attracting business from client companies by using sales and marketing techniques and developing your client base. You will also be working to develop your candidate base to match with client requirements, by meeting and registering new candidates, speaking to existing candidates and developing your overall network.

The successful individual will be responsible for:

* achieving targets
* business to business sales
* new business development
* revenue generation
* account management

The ideal candidate:

* Will be confident and happy to communicate with candidates and clients over the phone, face to face and in writing
* Possess previous business to business sales experience
* Will need to possess a Full UK Driving Licence
