Connect2staff are currently recruiting for Customer Service/Sales executives for a large and expanding client based in Gravesend. The client is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to add to their team. The ideal candidate would need to be able to complete the below duties:

The duties-
• Answering inbound telephone calls
• Dealing with customer queries
• Document all calls on to the in-house system
• Manage objections
• Making outbound sales calls to clients
• Chasing up leads for new business
• Managing a project from start to end
